The Mae House Rules
Please treat The Mae House with the same respect that you would your own. We have worked hard to make it a unique place, layered with stories, care, and pre-loved materials. Let the house give you what you may need, please leave the rest. We’re so excited to host you.
Please no pets
No smoking
No parties or unannounced guests
This is a no-shoe home, please remove upon entry.
Please no photoshoots without a prior request and approval.
Please refrain from parking more than one vehicle in front of the house. There is private parking (2-3 cars) in the back of the house (the garage is not accessible).
Do not unplug the Google Home speaker, or remove the Google Nest bell. Both are used as safety devices for guests. Google Home speaker will let guests know if there is someone at the door. The Google Nest bell has a camera.
The en-suite soaking tub is not suitable for children. Please refrain from using it, as it is a risk for their safety.
The top bunk of the bunk bed in Billie Room is for children 13 and up. For their safety, please feel free to use the railing located under the bed. We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen without using the railing, or if children under the recommended age sleep at the top bunk.
We love when you all cook, but please keep it downstairs. Please wipe off counters promptly after cooking your meals and always crack the kitchen window when cooking.

Please bring your soiled linen to the laundry room upon check-out and put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Check-in 3:00; check-out 11:00 using a self-check-in and out keypad. When checking out, you want to make sure the bottom knob is unlocked, close the door, hit the LOCK button on the keypad.
